Congraulations to Judy Illing, Lynn Gregory, Katrina Shamel and Julie Stewart for organising the Yorkshire Women in Rural Enterprise Conference held at Askham Bryan on 17th November, it has been awarded High Impact Award’s for Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Global Entrepreneurship Week simply would not exist without hundreds of partner organisations around the UK – and, in fact, the world – so thank you very much for your support. Thanks to the amazing work that you have done and high impact events you have hosted this year, we were able to reach over 250,000 (quarter of a million) participants, through nearly 2,000 events across the UK.
As you know Global Entrepreneurship Week is hosted every year during the month of November. This year the theme was Make it Happen, and thanks to you and the co-hosts UnLtd, Virgin Startup, Startup Direct and Youth Business International, in partnership with Barclays, we did just that.
