I offer a coaching provision within the workplace to help put colleagues first and bring about a clearer understanding of how Mental Health is affecting many of us, and how we need to unlock the taboo, and break down the stigma, in order to bring about change, and develop a culture of great well being.
After a 20 year career in the food industry, working to a Senior level, within a FMCG environment, I broke! The learnings from that experience and the training that followed, have led me to understand that there is a serious problem within many of our workforces, and that there is a lack of understanding in what to do. I therefore lead by example and advise through real-life experience.
Therefore my aim is to breakdown the workplace stigma of mental illness, and improve overall wellbeing at work through better understanding & communication within the individuals , and then help create bespoke strategies and systems at a corporate responsibility level to minimise the overall decline in mental wellbeing.
