I have been a business owner with Pink Spaghetti since July 2020. Setting up in lockdown was a challenge but it’s been the best decision I made! I am lucky to have a flexible business that allows me to juggle family life around the needs of my clients.
I have over 20 years experience in administrative roles ranging from working on publishing to the travel industry. My career path has been varied and this is what I love to bring to my business; the fact I can help with anything that is asked of me. My skills include ‘typical’ PA work such as typing, transcribing, email/diary management and dealing with customers, to more specific skills including writing, researching and proofreading. And then of course everything in between! I always encourage people to get in touch so I can discuss their needs in more detail, after all, you are unique and so is your business. There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach. There is also a flexible approach to how businesses can access my services- a pick up, put down service with no minimum amount of work given, or have a retainer where hours are set weekly/monthly.
Having support as a small business is so important and this is why I am passionate about being part of networking groups that can offer that to other entrepreneurs, particularly with WiRE as I am a woman in rural enterprise. It also helps having over 50 VAs in Pink Spaghetti who I can call on at any time of the day.
I am looking forward to getting to know you all better and seeing you at a networking meeting soon!
