Louise Roberts of Alimenti Food Sciences was commissioned to write a chapter of a 3M handbook for food and drink manufacturers.
The handbook covers all aspects of environmental monitoring in a manufacturing facility. The chapter that Louise was commissioned to write was on rapid techniques and drew on her experience and expertise in manufacturing of food and drink.
