Do you want to look and feel gorgeous?

Did you know hormones imbalances cause weight gain?

Hormones make our entire body function properly. When our hormones are balanced everything works well, we feel good, have loads of energy and we maintain an ideal weight. Enter midlife and our hormones start declining. Symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, insomnia, low energy, forgetfulness, moodiness, aching joints, changes in the skin are all symptoms of hormonal imbalances.

You are not going crazy! It’s not you, it’s your hormones!

Midlife is a time of many changes for women, physically, emotionally and mentally. Diet and lifestyle also play a significant role during this time. There is no doubt what we eat influences our health and hormone function.

This workshop, run by renowned Chef, Nutritional and Lifestyle blogger and former Specialist Medical representative, Sabrina Zeif, includes a discussion on the hormonal upheaval of menopause and its symptoms. It’s an opportunity to share personal journeys while learning how diet can help to manage midlife symptoms.

We will look at the effect of menopause on our brain, gut and overall body, nutrition, weight, diet cravings, menus and treatment of symptoms. Hold on did I say Menopause? Menopause is not a dirty word nor is it an old woman thing(hello!). It’s a natural transition for all women. Did you know peri-menopause symptoms start in your 40’s?

What we eat can prepare us for an easy transition or a rollercoaster ride. Ladies knowledge is power!

Brings your friends and join us for a FUN, INTERACTIVE afternoon. Laughter is guaranteed!
