Christmas Presents for Cyclists

Christmas at Wheely Wonderful Cycling, means that we have finished designing our range of cycle tours for the following year, and we gear up into marketing and selling them!  The Christmas break is an traditional time for planning out  holidays for the year – and cycling holidays are no exception to this. So while we are on our Christmas & New Year break, we also have to be wifi enabled wherever we are staying to make sure we pick up all the enquiries.

This year’s new cycling holidays included a set of four mini breaks which are ideal for a Christmas present for cycling enthusiasts ..and those who want to be!  Each mini break is for 2 day’s cycle tour, with one night B&B and includes bikes, maps, luggage moving and full back up.

Easy Cycle tour to Wales – two countries in one weekend and it really is easy, following the beautiful River Teme to Offa’s Dyke

Cider Orchards cycle tour – cycle through old apple orchards  and water meadows  of north Herefordshire to stay at Kingsland or Weobley

Below the Clee – explore country estates around lovely Ludlow, farming hamlets and Stokesay Castle, staying overnight at the award winning Ludlow Farm shop’s hotel, The Clive.

The Stagg and the Georgian Vicarage. – this is a food lovers treat, cycle to the Stagg, through the Black & White villages to stay at The Stagg – fantastic food and a very warm welcome.

And they are great as last minute presents – we can send you either a personalised but simple gift card, with details of the holiday (last posting date 19th of December) or as an email voucher… last email date 24th December….but give me time to finish the Christmas decorations & get to the Carol service on time!

Top tips

If  you have two cyclists of differing abilities, don’t forget to order an electric bike for the slower cyclist. Guaranteed to put a smile on both cyclists faces!

Choosing one of these for a getaways for a group of friends? … then the best one is the Cider Orchards tour – great accommodation & choice of places to eat.

Happy Christmas & look forward to meeting you in the New Year
