Get set for Shropshire’s Winter Wellbeing Show at Enginuity Ironbridge

Events organiser Sarah Lewis has unveiled plans for Winter Wellbeing, an autumn Healthy Lifestyle Show to be held at an exciting new venue Enginuity, Ironbridge.

It follows positive feedback from stallholders and visitors to the inaugural Healthy Lifestyle Show at the Telford International Centre. The event was thought to be the biggest health themed event to be held in the North Midlands. Visitors heard from 12 speakers and were able to experience six workshops and trade stands at the event.

Now Sarah, a Newport, Shropshire, catering entrepreneur and Gnosall tea room owner, has scheduled the Winter Wellbeing Show for 4 November. She said:

“We are already receiving lots of interests and will have new features such as laughter yoga, a menopause clinic, fitness and mindset for mind, body and spirit, hypnotherapy for weight loss and essential oil make and takes.
“We will also feature a street food court for the first time, giving visitors plenty of delicious, healthy eating options.

“Winter Wellbeing will be held at Enginuity Ironbridge, an amazing venue combining history, innovation and fun, at the heart of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage site”  Sarah has a strong reputation for organising events and working with venues across Shropshire and Staffordshire. “I launched Lily’s Secret Vintage Tea Room, at Swan Pit Nurseries, Gnosall, in 2014 and I also made it a venue for events, from birthday parties to business networking. This evolved successfully into outdoor catering and events management and I founded Sarah Lewis Enterprises in 2017 to bring our workstreams under one banner and enable us to promote our own larger events, such as the Healthy Lifestyle Show.

“I envisage the shows becoming permanent fixtures in the events calendar and attracting new business and visitors, therefore, benefiting the wider Shropshire economy. It is a very affordable, educational day out at just £10 a ticket.”

Healthy lifestyle themed businesses have an opportunity to showcase their services at the event. For trade information contact: 07964 038546 or 01785 330762 or go to bookings@healthylifestyleshow.org.uk.

Shropshire author Romella Jones, of Create Family Calm, a speaker at the first Healthy Lifestyle Show, said:

“The quality of visitors to the show was excellent. They were all serious about their wellbeing and making positive changes. Many attended my talks and came to talk individually with my team and took away samples to try at home. Everyone we spoke too was enjoying the talks and workshops. We look forward to participating in future events.”
