How do I use my e-ticket for Proms & Prosecco in the Park?

·         Simply print the tickets that were sent via email when you placed your order

·         The e-ticket is all you will need to gain entry to the event. Please treat your ticket like cash! Keep it safe and don’t let it get wet.

·         Your e-ticket will be scanned when you arrive at the event to gain entry.

·         Tickets will only scan once. If they are duplicated or presented for a second time, they will not work and staff will be alerted that fraudulent use has occurred. Only the first scan of a ticket will be valid.

·         Whilst we are able to scan e-tickets stored on mobile phones, we strongly advise you to print your tickets in advance as wifi connection cannot be guaranteed at the event and it is your responsibility to present a valid e-ticket. Sometimes, screen covers, scratched or damaged screens will prevent the e-ticket from being read by our scanners, so a printed ticket really is best!

We certainly hope so! The event is in its first year, so we are very much hoping that it will prove to be really popular and we can bring the event to Newport every year to mark the Last Night of the Proms.
