Esther Partridge-Warner – who lives in Malvern – has set up Online Media Works, which aims to free up small business owners from the time consuming process of marketing, allowing them to focus on running their businesses and, crucially, generating revenue.
Esther – who previously ran a local training company – has first-hand experience of the needs of a small business; in her new role she offers a bespoke service, marketing support or training or a combination of both.
A mother of 3 children, Esther also has first-hand experience of juggling the many demands of modern life.
Esther explained : “Because I have experience of running a small business, I know what it’s like to wear lots of hats and spin lots of plates! Online Media Works can not only help with a company’s marketing strategy but remove the stress and pressure that social media marketing in particular can cause.”
Esther has extensive experience in both sales and marketing, spanning a successful 25 year career. She has worked in large multinational corporations as well as micro businesses, across industries including publishing, security, IT, health, recruitment and creative industries.
Her decision to set up her own company came after a shock breast cancer diagnosis in August 2015. She said : “After being diagnosed with cancer, my whole world was shaken to its very foundations. It made me re-evaluate every aspect of my life, ultimately deciding to leave the corporate rat race, start my own business while focussing on my own well-being and promoting a healthier, happier work life balance.
“I look forward to working with a diverse portfolio of companies, enabling them to identify their customers, focus on their marketing strategy and result in an increase in business.”
