Kay Heald, a Shropshire based HR Consultant, has just taken part in a National Campaign to promote membership for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), called The Power of One. Kay has been a member of the CIPD for over 20 years and became a Fellow of the Institute in 2012.
Kay is also sponsoring the ‘Best Supportive Employer Award’ category of the Dyslexia Awards. The Awards have been organised by Elizabeth Wilkinson, the Dyslexic Dyslexia Consultant, to raise awareness and understanding of dyslexia in both business and education. The aim of the Awards is to recognise good practice, as well as inspire and motivate dyslexics. Nominations need to be sent in by 26th July and the award ceremony will take place at Enginuity in Coalbrookdale, Ironbridge on 26th November. For more information, visit TheDDC-Dyslexia Awards
