How to avoid a bad back

  1. Take care with 1-sided activities! Always try and even them out to allow the body to rebalance.
    when digging every now and then dig with the opposite foot – less effective but balances the body out and protects against later aches & pains!
  2. if doing a lot of desk work don’t always twist one way (to file or reach for your coffee), make yourself twist the other way for something
    A chiropractor told me this years ago – my clients and me have found it invaluable.
