Welcome to this edition of the Cherington HR Newsletter. Those of us in England are about to come out of Lockdown II into something that looks very much like another Lockdown (even if it is subtly different, depending on your Tier level) until a short period of reduced restrictions over the Christmas period. The other UK nations have variations on this theme which all serves to confuse people as to what they are, or are not allowed to do – and when! On the plus side, it means that you won’t be dealing with the headaches often caused by office Christmas parties!
