Anchoring Good Feelings
From the teaching of NLP comes the concept of an anchor. The anchor serves as a reminder or a trigger that can put you in a certain state of being. Anchors can be both positive and negative; of course we are going to be working on the positive.
Lisa will be showing us how we can create our own feel good button, just at the touch of your finger.
