The lovely Kate Fisher of Ignite Intuition Coaching joins us to tell us about her business and do a workshop called “Vital Energy in Balance”. This will be a very gentle, restorative approach to rebalancing energy and cultivating a refreshed sense of purpose. During the workshop, Kate will be very happy to provide some on the spot coaching if individuals felt comfortable sharing their thoughts.
