Mindfulness meditation is a tried and tested method for helping us to manage stress, anxiety, dissolve difficult emotions, and so much more. Many of us live on ‘automatic pilot’ and tend to follow old habits of thinking which trigger automated unhelpful responses which can affect our health and wellbeing.
