Welcome to a morning masterclass in classic sales techniques and the art of sales promotion, hosted by Claire McFadden, your Leics & Rutland Network Leader.
Following on from previous workshops where we have learned about marketing, PR and goal setting, it is time to spend some time at the sharp end – sales! After all, what is the point in having the best website, the perfect packaging and thousands of followers if you don’t actually sell anything? I will be covering a range of subjects in a packed timetable but you don’t have to worry – the test will be multiple choice and you don’t need any qualifications to apply to join us. Exercise books and pencils will be provided!
As this event is all about selling I encourage you to bring along items for sale or samples of your work for everyone to see. There will be plenty of room in the lounge at The Coplow Centre to display your wares. Set up for sales tables is from 9.30am, please contact me if you plan to bring merchandise so I can make sure you have enough space. The usual cake-based refreshments will be provided on arrival.
