Hello ladies,
I hope that you are all well and enjoying the beautiful weather, getting out and about in the fresh air.
On our July 6th meeting Clare Copping will be doing a fun talk about “personality styles”.
Clare spent 23 years at the BBC in admin/management/production, did psychology as part of her degree, for the last 16 years has worked with Forever The Aloe Vera Company and the last 4 years also as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with Starfish Hypnotherapy.
During her varied career she has come across many different personality profiling techniques, from Myers Briggs, to DISC and many more, but found them quite cumbersome, and complicated.
During her 16 years with Forever she learned a new, simple, fun way to identify personality types that will help you with all kinds of relationships – from family to friends and work colleagues, as well as in business to help you improve your communication skills.
Obviously we can’t put people in “boxes”, but this technique really helped her realise why people weren’t all the same, and how to communicate better with everyone.
