This session will introduce you to the world of WHO YOU ARE, WHAT YOU WEAR and HOW IT CAN WORK WONDERS both personally, socially and of course in business life.
Having the confidence to accept yourself ‘just as you are’ is the most successful starting point in any situation whether it’s a date, a presentation, a client meeting or social event. However, this can be a challenge in itself, so if you can learn to emit YOU with authentic vibes, body language, with the aide of clothes and colour, then you can imagine how this would support and intensify your personality, ethos and message with much more effectiveness to others, which naturally feeds your confidence and cycle of success further.
Since we have to wear clothes in society (for the most part anyway) it seems daft to ignore the power of a First Impression and use this potential to accept and nurture ourselves more, both inside and out, with who we already are and what we already have. In a world of poor body image and unrealistic ideals it’s time to push back and stand tall in your very own loveliness, we all have assets and strengths, we just forget to look so I will show you where to start.
Therefore, we will touch on Identifying your Wardrobe/Style Personality | Dressing Your Assets | Colour Power | Body Language Tips
