Following on from some subjects earlier in the year, the subject this month is Customer Boundaries.
Whether you are new in business, or well established, it can be difficult to establish customer boundaries.  What are they?  What is the boundary?  Can they be crossed at any point? How can your current friends and family become a customer/client?  What is a long-term client/customer becomes a friend (or even a member of your family?)  Do you have Codes of Conduct to follow?  Do you have to adhere to rules and regulations such as the Money Laundering Act, the Data Protection Act and Anti-Bribery rules?
It can be a dilemma and these are the sort of questions we tend to come across, at some point in our working lives.  Therefore, this will be an open discussion about how to set up your boundaries and how to keep them open and closed at the same time.
Come along and share your experiences, both good and bad.  Come and educate us and perhaps learn something new, all in a supportive and fund way.
