Cathy’s Chocolates

Hello ladies,

the autumn leaves are upon us, with a bit of a chill in the air. It’s time to turn inwards and what better way than eating some quality chocolate with a hot cup of something yummy! I shall of course be bringing a handmade and homemade soup, made by myself on this evening too. As I know a lot of you lovely ladies come straight from work.
Cathy will be coming along to give us a demonstration on making some chocolates and then obviously we can sample and buy chocolates to take home.
A word from Cathy:
“We are a small company specialising in fully hand made and hand crafted chocolates. Our chocolate is tempered by hand and not machine. We use only the best natural ingredients and the finest Belgian Couveture chocolate to give a truly luxurious taste.
Our Dark Chocolates are Dairy free (V), everything is Gluten Free and Nut Free at Source. Some inclusions will include dairy, gluten or nuts so please check when looking at the bars.”
