About Me
Deborah Jayne is all about rescuing the old and the unloved, and with a little magic, creating exciting and unique designs.  For the past 20 years I have worked closely with art and antiques, but now, with two small children, I have decided on a more balanced approach to work and family life.  This was my opportunity to indulge my love of past fashions, and to create my very own jewellery brand that reflects my passions and sense of style!

My Jewellery
Each piece of my jewellery is lovingly crafted from old bits and pieces that I carefully source. clean and re-assemble to make quirky and elegant items.  They are all one-of-a kind pieces which is very appealing in today’s mass produced markets.  My jewellery is currently available through:-

  • My beautifully illustrated online shop at www.deborahjayne.co.uk AND www.facebook.com/deborahjaynejewellery
  • At Emporium Art Gallery, Lichfield, 32-34 Bird St, Lichfield WS13 6PR
  • Lichfield Cathedral Gift Shop; 9 The Close, Lichfield WS13 7LD
  • Jewellery Parties – this is currently a growing area for Deborah Jayne  My jewellery is best experienced first hand, and like clothing, tried on to find what suits your individuality best.  This can be done in a relaxed sociable atmosphere with friends and family.  I bring all the jewellery, set up a beautiful display and be on hand to answer questions and advise.  Plus the host will earn 10% of the evening sales towards a piece of jewellery of their choice.

Bespoke Commissions
Increasingly I am asked to reinvent inherited or broken costume jewellery for clients.  I can bring long neglected items back to life so they can be enjoyed once more. Or for special occasions, including Weddings and Proms, I can work with clients to accessorize perfectly with something extra special and personal.

Deborah Jayne in Support of the British Legion
Last year I made a range of Poppy Appeal Jewellery using artisan handcrafted poppies and high quality black glass beads.  This campaign was highly successful and I am continuing my work with the British Legion for at least the duration of this year, starting with a St. George’s Day collection in March.

The Future for Deborah Jayne
With both of my children now at school, I am aiming to grow my business substantially.  I have found the support, knowledge and experience of fellow WIRE members inspirational and would welcome any further interest from this community and any interest in my products and services.
