I worked in the public sector for over 20 years, and became interested in health and wellbeing through a number of opportunities.
5 years ago I set up my own social enterprise and worked with organisations and communities on improving wellbeing.
I have run, numerous wellbeing courses, wellbeing competitions and programmes and have a particular passion to work with individuals, especially busy people with hectic lives.
Feelgood has been bubbling around my mind for a few years, then last year, I had the opportunity to develop my ideas into reality, and I set up Feelgood.
I am a busy wife, mother, sister, carer and business woman, when I Feelgood so does everyone around me, but I am also realistic and know its not always easy to prioritise YOU in your life.
Everything in Feelgood has been developed with busy people in mind, how to make and get the best out of your life, out of your work, and I have personally tried and tested all my programmes and know the highs, lows and challenges they present, but they are realistic and make a difference.
When I talk about Feelgood, it makes sense, we need to prioritise our Feelgood time.
