Thorn Brook Cider
Our delicious premium craft cider is to be launched in May 2012. Local fruit from our own orchard on the Warwickshire/Oxfordshire border is used in the recipe along with top-up fruit from other Cotswold orchards. The fruit is pressed using a rack-and-cloth press and cold-fermented over the winter months. This long, slow fermentation process enhances the fruity flavour of the cider, making it just right for sipping on those warm summer evenings.
