Our fees start from only £40 per month. We quote for the job either by number of transactions, by the hour or fixed fee. We provide a no obligation quotation.

Our system is designed so that you and your accountant get the information and documentation you need in a clear, simple and organised format.

We are fully trained to use online software such as Sage, Xero and Kashflow following the Prism process™, a series of workflow templates and checklists to ensure quality control, from the moment we collect the papers, to the way we file the paperwork and generate reports, to the year end pack we deliver to your accountant.

We prepare:

  • vat returns
  • outstanding invoices reports for customer & supplier 
  • profit & loss reports and a year end pack for your accountant

We can also provide payroll and credit control services.

We work flexibly and remotely so we can work with clients from any location and provide a service which is tailored to their needs.
