About the Company / Business

My name is Bester Caroline, an Option Process Mentor / Counsellor. I live in Wrexham.

I help people to help themselves become happier, more self-empowered and self-trusting, using very simple, yet highly effective tools. Examples of situations that I help with are:

Unhappiness and feelings of discontentment

Illness challenges

Depression or negative self-image

Marital and family problems

Anger

Drug and alcohol misuse

Weight concerns and eating disorders

Anything that limits you from being the best version of yourself

I work with individuals, children, couples, families and any groups of people, be it in families or workplace. Though I am based in Wrexham, distance is not an issue, as I have worked with people from all over the world, using the phone or Skype. I also conduct regular comprehensive workshops where people take home tools to help themselves become happier. I can also travel to conduct such workshops. I have used this Process to completely transform myself, from living like a victim to now living life on my own terms, self-empowered.
