As a hardworking business owner, wife and mother, In fact I own more than one company, Now that's not a boast more of a confession, as I am a self confessed workaholic.  Now I know the media tells us all about having that quality time with your family, and how I've felt the bad mum, wife or friend for not spending as much time with loved-ones or just not being able to make the time for friends.

As a nation, I feel we quiet often forget to do that, ask for help; we mistakenly try to take everything on ourselves.nergy to spend with the friends & family, instead of ruSo I did, think about it.  & what I thought was this, Our Home is our safe personal family space, you don't want just anyone coming in to it, I'd want to have someone that has a high level of security clearance so someone I can trust.  Also I wanted someone who knew what they were doing, knew the products & equipment they were using in fact I didn't want to have to think much about it at all, if that person could have charge of all of the cleaning materials and equipment, manage my laundry, change the bedding when needed, do the ironing, load & unload the dishwasher, need I go on, that  would be a whole load not to have to worry about. 
I then found my self starting to make a list of all of the criteria of the type of person I needed to do the job & this is what I came up with:

It was at this point I realised that I had outlined the type of staff I already had working for me.  It wasn't much more of a step to think that there must be other professionals out there that must be in the same position as me.   All work and very little play! Or at least knew a friend or family member who was the same.
