Established in April 2011 in Wetwang East YorkshireI handmake high quality preserves, award winning cordials and delicious fudge.

The World's Original Marmalade Awards

In February 2012 I won 2 Awards at The World's Original Marmalade Awards at Dalemain Manison, Cumbria. My Pink Grapefruit Marmalade was awarded a Gold Award and my Satsuma Marmalade was awarded a Bronze Award. I was just celebrating my first year in business when I received these 2 Awards, talk about the icing on the cake!

I sell my products at Farmers Markets, Food Festivals and Shows, Online and wholesale into farm shops and deli's.If anyone out there would like to stock my products, please get in touch.

Where possible I use local ingredients, my soft fruit only travels 4 miles from field to jar.

All my products are gluten free and have no added artificial preservatives, colourings, salt or preservatives.

I use traditional recipes and cook in small batches using the traditional open pan technique.

My range includes Jam, Marmalade, Chutney, Relish, Jelly, Sauce, Cordial, Fudge, Shortbread and Flapjack.

Wedding Favours

If you are getting married and want unique Wedding Favours then look no further.

I produce delicious mini preserves that can be personalised with names, date and short message to suit your special occasion. Labels are a neutral cream with black lettering so they will match any colour scheme. Each jar is finally decorated with a gold or silver heart on the lid.

The jars are square, in the style of an old fashioned ink pot and hold approx. 130g of fresh product. Flavours can be matched to suit your personal taste but are subject to seasonal availability.

The jars are priced at £2.00 each, which includes personalisation of front label. The cost of delivery will depend on the quantity being ordered.

Include the children at your wedding with their own bespoke wedding favours. We will supply you will a fully labelled and empty jar for you to fill with sweeties for the children. These jars are priced at just £1.00 each
