About the Company / Business

I’m Lesley Probart and I live with my husband Brian, two miles from our nearest neighbour, in Scampston, North Yorkshire – equi-distant from Scarborough to the East and York to the West.  By profession I’m a commissioned artist & portrait painter (best known for my animal portraits) and I have enjoyed a very successful career in that field – and still do to a limited extent; I am trying to retire from commissioned work – my clients just won’t let me.

Thirty five years ago we were introduced to the industry of Network Marketing.  As a “new mum” I was sometimes feeling quite isolated and I could see that this gave me more opportunity to get out and meet people – whereas working in my studio, I was very much on my own.  “As the brood grew to three” in the short space of three years and 4 months; the extra income this generated became very useful and I could fit the business very easily around my family and painting commitments - because it is so flexible. For our history in this industry and an explanation – in layman’s terms - of what the industry is about, do take a look at www.succeednow4u.com   When, over time, my income grew to many thousands per month my husband was able to join me, sacking his boss, and we work well as a team bringing different skills to the table.  We were planning retirement when this particular business came into our lives but we had health issues and realized we needed the products.  Now Brian is off all medications for back pain (arthritis), high cholesterol and gout & I conquered menopausal issues, my stroke level high blood pressure is now normal and all we are doing is feeding our bodies with premium fuel.  It’s amazing what the body can accomplish when you feed it right. Our GP just says “don’t stop taking it!”

The rest is history … we couldn’t keep quiet and we now have no intention of ever retiring.  We’re no longer tired… and there are too many people out there who could benefit from this business and these products … (they just don’t know about it yet) ….  Already we have business internationally and here in the UK & Europe we are enjoying massive growth - ‘year on year’ – up 28%, 36% and 58% 2008 to 2010 respectively.  Couple that growth prospect with the company pledge of a 90% buy-back guarantee for twelve months on new start-ups (if they choose to invest in products) we believe we have a unique business to offer. The company, under whose umbrella we operate, is a 23 year old food-science company of high repute with really strong family ethics and a charitable arm which currently feeds over 45,000 disadvantaged people (mainly children) every day. It’s no wonder we have such a passion for what we do.  We’re working for ourselves but we’re in the happy position of being able to offer anyone over eighteen who has the desire “to change their life and make a difference in others’ lives”; the opportunity to fulfill their dreams. Many people, particularly in the current economic climate, go to bed worrying about how they are going to survive financially.  We mentor, teach and train people to take charge of their lives and help others in the process – so no skills are required to get started – just the desire to help others and being teachable. 

Why did I join WiRE?  I just instinctively knew that when you join with a group of entrepreneurial ladies there is great mutual support.  There will be people in our local group who can advise me on how to update that website (not one of my better skills) and perhaps teach me how to use Social Media, and of course we ladies are great communicators so hopefully I can help spread the word about their enterprises and in return they will help their friends and contacts that may be struggling financially or with their health – or both – and refer them to me.  We are not looking for anyone who doesn’t have a work ethic – this business requires commitment just like any other.  Its advantages are that the hours worked can be flexible; you get a team to support and help you grow; and there is no glass ceiling to your earnings.  Your gender, race or educational background is immaterial – you just need to like people.  If you know anyone in your circle of influence who is fed up with being passed over, climbed over or ignored and who likes the idea of becoming their own boss without risk, with support and training – they need to get in touch.
