 Jan King coaches women after mid-life who long to renew their lives. However old you are -- from forty to ninety -- she'll help you find a new direction that really excites you, make realistic plans for your future and carry them out -- and do all that much faster than you would if you were doing it alone!

Jan has had a varied career herself and knows how it feels to want to make changes in your life. She's been an administrator, a social worker, a family and marital therapist and has run her own garden design business. When she reached the age of sixty, she decided that rather than designing gardens, she'd help women re-design their lives instead, and that's how she came to train as a life coach.

Clients find Jan warm, understanding, sensitive but challenging, kind and supportive, and they love how quickly her coaching enables  them to turn fantasies and dreams into reality.

Based on the Suffolk border near Sudbury, Jan offers coaching either in her private coaching room with a view of a lovely garden and fields, over the phone or at a venue that suits you.
