A little about me and my business, my dream was to be able to provide a wonderfully warm, caring, inviting environment for people to feel their most comfortable and relaxed selves. I only hire people who can share my vision and be driven by the sheer delight of making someone else’s day.

We all live in a fast paced world where most people dream that it could be done differently. As soon as you step into The Ivybridge Spa you are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome to make you feel right at home.

 My philosophy is simple, people make the world go round, we all have unique personalities and differences, and although we all have the same basic needs to be nurtured and cared for, to have our confidence boosted and self-worth confirmed.

 Looking after your self is so important and very often overlooked. It is very common these days for people to look to their GPs help with regard to immune system deficiencies, mild depression and other disorders that could so easily be avoided by being more present in your own life, and by listening to your body you can be kinder to yourself.
