Hello to you all! I'm lucky to live in the beautiful Cotswold countryside from which I run my on-line business The Fairtrade Kitchen.

I specialise in producing a fabulously decadent range of chocolate brownies and cookies using fairtrade sourced ingredients. My brownies are called Fair & Square Chocolate Brownies and they are available to buy online through my website. They'll be loved by anyone who loves a luscious chocolate treat; they're also perfect for anyone looking for a gift which is ethically aware and a little bit different.

All my ingredients are fairtrade sourced (where available) so I'm proud to be able to produce something luxurious but not exploitative.   My 'Fairly Round' cookies will also soon be available from my website.
