About the Company / Business

ACS Images serve the three counties of Suffolk, Essex and Cambridge. Within easy driving distance to Sudbury, Halstead, Hadleigh, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich Currently sessions are available 11am until 7pm Tuesday until Saturday. Through prior arrangement I can alter these times to suit you. I do either studio portraits or if preferred and there is enough natural light I will do lifestyle. I personally prefer to shoot in natural light and outside particularly with Children, however the Great British Weather being as it is, I have a number of fun backgrounds that facilitate children to be children and lots of fun props. When photographing children, I always feel it is important to capture the joy in their faces, the camera doesn’t love forced smiles. If you have an idea of a location shoot you would like: by the sea, a field, a stable with your horse, or any other location please email to make prior arrangement.

Out door sessions will be scheduled either early in the morning or late in the day as the sun is most flattering at that time. I can suggest several locations in Sudbury and surrounding locations but I am also open to suggestions. My own studios back on to a beautiful church yard.

I want to capture the real person I am photographing, the more comfortable you are the better, this will reflect in the images that are produced, I do not like forced smiles, so I rarely ask a child to smile for the camera
