About the Company / Business

I have over 25 years experience of working within the social inclusion field, most recently with Suffolk County Council. I am an experienced manager with strong project, funding and fundraising management skills, project design, project development project management and delivery experience.

I now provide freelance proofreading & copy-editing services, both publishing and non- publishing work through YLG Consultancy Serives which I set up in 2011. This work includes re-writing text,  research & report writing,  critical friend bid review service to support your organisations' bid writing, research & compilation of funding applications both capital and revenue projects, preparation of business plans and funding strategies, targeting Community Interest Companies, voluntary and charitable organisations and community groups.  In addition I  continue to offer full life  cycle project management services using Prince 2 methodologies and processes and a funding and project development service to include bid writing for commissions, tenders and applications to Charitable programmes, Lottery and government programmes, project planning, project development preparation of business plans and funding strategies.
