Age UK Suffolk is a local and independent charity. Established in 1948, we work with and for older people in Suffolk, campaign on their behalf and provide valuable services and support across the county.
Our Mission is to enable older people and their family carers to manage the challenges that may come with ageing, retain choice in, and control over, their lives and enjoy later life rather than endure it.
As a charity we rely largely on the goodwill and support of local individuals and organisations to help us in many different areas, be it through donations, fundraising activities or indeed volunteering their time, we have over 700 volunteers at present.
