About the Company / Business

Hi - I'm passionate about helping others develop their skills and knowledge to get the best from both their personal and work life. I have extensive experience of working effectively, in a group or one to one situation, with people at all levels in organisations.

I'm an accredited coach, facilitator and psychometric tester as well being experienced in the development of a wide range of training courses. 

As a licenced trainer for the Springboard Women's Development Programme, I have worked with over 200 women in the past 10 years to help them develop their confidence, communication skills and goal setting, amongst other things.  This is a programme that I know makes real difference to the women who have been participants.  I have also coached both men and women on an individual basis, with topics covering both home and work.
