About the Company / Business

I've been self employed all of my adult life. Initially in retail for 20+ years, then I retrained to become a clinical hypnotherapist. I have a very strong interest in holistic and alternative subjects, yet retain a practical and down to earth approach.

I also have become intensely interested in the internet and have spent some time looking at marketing online. I've had several articles published and have written a book about the energy of the body.

I wanted to merge my interests and at the beginning of 2011 I was presented with the opportunity of creating a holistic lifestyle magazine. The magazine Dorset Insight is currently available in Dorset, it is a glossy A5 publication and is also available online.

All of the advertisers get a page online, with relevant keyword links to their own websites.

As a consequence I have found talking to local businesses, that their website are just not working well enough for them. It is not enough to just simply HAVE a website these days.
