About the Company / Business

LSD is a three-partner firm of chartered accountants, currently based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Our partners are highly experienced in all tax and accountancy matters, and we will make sure that your affairs are arranged so that you pay as little tax as is (legally) possible, whether you're looking at making savings in your personal or corporate tax burden.

Our focus is on providing a forward thinking and modern proactive service to our clients. We pride ourselves on offering a holistic, transparent and fair service. In practice, this means that we are able to look after your business and personal financial affairs, covering all of your needs. We also offer business coaching and other financial services through carefully chosen associates with whom we have formed strategic alliances. Our fee structure is open and transparent, and operates largely on a fixed fee basis - so you know what you are paying upfront, and know what you're getting for that money.

We provide a personal service, so you can approach us about any aspect of your personal and/or corporate financial arrangements, confident that we will be able to help you streamline procedures, minimise your tax burden and keep up to date with any legal requirements that need to be met.

As well as dealing with VAT, payroll and other aspects of business development and maintenance for all kinds of business, and helping you with any personal tax issues, maybe an inheritance, stocks and shares or other matters, we also offer particular specialisation in matters relating to IR35, for limited companies, and CIS in the construction industry.

So far, LSD has worked with a huge variety of people in industries as diverse as construction, seafaring, food retail and biking, as well as with individuals who need help arranging their affairs and dealing with issues from a small inheritance to a large and complex tax bill.
