About the Company / Business

I'm a coach and trainer, I have 2 businesses:

Ladybird Life Coaching - I help people get their lives on track, sometimes they are getting out of a 'rut', sometimes looking to achieve a specific goal, many people are in 'transition' whether it be at work or at home. I help them move from where they are now to where they want to be and overcome the challenges on the way. I coach clients face to face, over the phone and via Skype technology - so distance is no issue and I accept Paypal.

Harvard Lewis Associates - I work with Leaders, Managers and Teams. I identify areas of development, design courses and training programmes to address the development needs, run engaging and interactive courses. Often I work with clients on an Executive Coaching basis. I also work with high-potential and talent pools. I can administer and interpret the Emotional Intelligence Assessments (EQi & EQ360). I am qualified to Level 7 (Masters Equivalent) in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. I'm an accredited Learning and Development Practitioner with the CIPD. I have the TA101 certificate in Transactional Analysis.

I love my role, I work with others to help them be the best they can be, so they live life to the full.
