Karen invites you to re-vitalise yourself in the comfort of Awelfan, Pembrokeshire. On a Yoga Retreat you will enjoy relaxation, meditation and yoga,  in 4 star holiday accommodation boasting beautiful sea views of the stunning St.  David’s Peninsular. The Pembrokeshire National Park is the only Coastal Park not only in Wales but in the whole of the U.K.

On the Retreat , as well as Yoga enjoy Karen’s healthy homemade vegetarian cooking (Pembrokeshire  sourced and organic where possible, homemade bread and welsh cakes a speciality), swim in the indoor heated pool and breathe fresh sea air on a walk along the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastal path or a stroll on one of Pembrokeshire’s famous beaches and let the magical sunsets add to the experience.

Through many Yoga techniques Karen aims to bring about awareness, improved posture and balance in all areas thus enabling a greater enjoyment of life
