Gitti Coats moved to Pembrokeshire 12 years ago, after nearly 20 years in Cardiff, much spent working on regional and social documentaries for BBC Wales. She trained as an NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) Master Practitioner, before taking a certificate in counselling and a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology while also studying ‘Natural medicine and functional biochemistry’.

Firstly NLP - a manual for the head' as someone described it to us in training! Its fast and fun, and nonjudgemental - a really empowering and helpful tool kit to look at why things are happening in our life as they are, and how to get back on track in work, social life or more personal relationships - it's about understanding yourself and others better.... and getting creative with that new understanding - so if you have any issues or irritations - call me for a session either in the Haverfordwest area, or on Skype. I can do longer lazer sessions for those of you who couldnt manage a regular weekly or fortnightly slot and may want to move things on more quickly. Call (01437) 741176 and we can get started!

Secondly - with Lise Matthews I work as The Health Detectives.

We are two natural medicine practitioners who work together, using natural medicine and biochemistry in combination with muscle testing as a tool to investigate your health issues. We diagnose causes as well as effective treatments using natural remedies, herbs, homeopathy, minerals and vitamins as the body dictates.

Both of us have been complementary therapists for many years and use all our combined tools to test for the most beneficial treatments, whether it is for example giving nutritional supplements for a short period, doing hands-on body work or working on thinking patterns at the same time. We continue to develop our professional skills through research, seminars and further training. This never stops! We aim to be a one stop health shop and follow your path to recovery as well as stay with you to ensure continued wellness.

We have our clinics in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, where local people receive treatments and testing sessions. Anyone who can't come in person to a clinic can still be tested by sending us a HAIR SAMPLE - see website for details. We test patients from Denmark, Germany, Canada, Dakar and England to name but a few!
