About the Company / Business

I’m a holistic crystal therapist, clinical hypnotherapist and EFT advanced practitioner. A nurse before moving into training and education, I’ve been involved in complimentary therapies since 2000.
I first heard of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) in 2005 prior to training in it, I used it purely for myself, friends and family. I have found EFT to be the most amazing healing tool. EFT is often referred to as a “needle free” version of acupuncture based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body's subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. It often works where nothing else will. I have worked with many people with many different conditions and problems and have been astounded at the success achieved by using EFT. I am especially pleased by it’s effectiveness for children and animals.
In addition to my complimentary therapy work I have been trainer for over 20 years, for the majority of that time I have worked in health and social care and my subjects have ranged from basic infection prevention and control working NVQs to MBA students. I am qualified in this area of my life up to Master of Science in Human Resource Development, I also hold the RSA Certificate in Counselling in the Development of Learning. I believe my complimentary therapies and my experience and training in workforce development dovetail together good communication skills and the desire to support other people to improve their lives. I  run workshops for people who want to manifest in their lives that which they feel is lacking
