I have a background in health visiting and now provide individual and group coaching for women; women who have experienced major life change (having a family), illness such as breast cancer, miscarriage or postnatal depression or other significant life event such as redundancy, divorce, bereavement. I help them get back in touch with what matters to them. I am also a speaker and writer about womens issues particualrly postnatal depression. I am passionate about raising awareness, fighting stigma and influencing practice
