About the Company / Business

Nicola has over 20 years of commercial and operational business experience, working for some of the biggest household names (Procter & Gamble, Glaxo SmithKline & Merck). She currently runs two businesses and studied with The Coaching Academy for Diplomas in Business Coaching and Personal Performance Coaching.  She specialises in helping her clients to thrive in business by creating and delivering value (quality, cost and delivery) to their customers.

Her journey to coaching began in 2003. Nicola had a number of crisis points occurring simultaneously in her life. Here’s what Nicola has to say about how coaching changed her life.

“I was really struggling to manage the huge changes (personal and professional) that were going on in my life. Coaching helped me to untangle the complexities; get a different perspective, step out from the overwhelming weight of these changes and take back control. With the support of my coach, I found I was able to make some big decisions and move forward with my life. I gained self-awareness and found that I had more purpose, energy and confidence after coaching.”

In 2008, feeling stifled by the limitations of working in a highly regulated industry, Nicola found she was looking for a new challenge and a creative outlet. She was inspired by a visit to the “One Life” show at Olympia in the UK, to train as a coach. Since then she has been regularly coaching & mentoring business clients on topics as varied as strategy, business planning, business change management; risk management; project management and value creation through improvements in quality, cost & delivery.

The Entrepreneur’s Advocate gives Nicola the unique opportunity to make a difference by supporting business clients to realise their dreams and profitably live their passions.

Nicola says, “For me the key to the success of coaching is two-fold, firstly the client knows that something in their business is not the way they’d like it to be and secondly this knowledge too hard for them to live with which means that they are committed to changing things.
