A life coach, NLP practioner and accredited Advanced Heal Your Life trainer and coach, Dawn runs Heal Your Life - Achieve Your Dreams, Cosmic Ordering/Law of Attraction, Say Yes to Your Dreams! and other transformational and inspirational self development workshops primarily based on the philosophies of Louise Hay. As a life and executive coach Dawn specialises in helping women re-claim themselves following divorce/relationship breakdown, preparing them to meet their soulmate.

In addition to coaching and leading workshops Dawn also practices Energy therapies such as Reiki, Crystal Healing, EFT, NLP and Colour Breathing from her healing room just outside Lichfield and uses her unique gifts in combination to help you to help yourself.
