Craft Studio/Workshop Space wanted in staffs area

I am looking for a rural/semi rural craft studio to rent where I can conduct my felt-making business and run my workshops.

I am open to areas bu it needs to be functional and pretty enough to ave the customers visit that will and do come on my courses.
