Can you recommend a CRM system?

Can anyone recommend a good CRM system? It is important that the system records sales and booking info and is not just a communication tool. Would be good to hear your thoughts...

We've just started using Vtiger - an open source CRM system - so it's free! Pleased with it so far, but ask me again in 6 months...
