For May’s WiRE meeting, we’ve been kindly invited by Cathy Reavy up to Alstonefield, home of Threads workshops.
Cathy will guide us through the following:
‘Chicken Scratch’ stitch is thought to have been so named because some of the stitches resemble a chicken’s track! Learn the easy foundation & winding techniques that make up this very effective stitch by making an 8” square table mat worked on a green/blue linen check fabric.
No experience of embroidery is required!
