Events terms and conditions

Network Meetings:

By booking this meeting you are confirming either that you are a member of WiRE or you are a non member and wish to attend as a guest. As a non member you understand that after attending 2 meetings as a guest you are required to join WiRE.

Non attendance: You are required to let the Network Leader know before the meeting if you are unable to attend.

Conference Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received up to 7 days before the conference will be refunded in full. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event cannot be refunded. However, registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant or to a different WiRE event. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@wireuk.org a confirmation will be sent to you. Please keep a record of this confirmation in case of query.

Training Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received up to 7 days before the first day of the training course will be refunded in full. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event cannot be refunded. However, registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant or to another training course. Cancellations must be made by email to info@wireuk.org a confirmation will be sent to you. Please keep a record of this confirmation in case of query.

The information you have provided will be kept on file for registration and may be shared only with the official  partners. Your contact details will also be made available to other delegates at conferences, if you would prefer not to appear in the delegate list please let us know as soon as possible ( info@wireuk.org).   We will respect your personal information and undertake to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in force.
